Submit the form linked below to request permission to use University of Illinois copyrighted material such as images, video, articles, and excerpts. Once submitted, you will be contacted by a technology manager.  Submitting the form does not grant you permission to use the requested material. If permission is granted, you will be notified in writing.

Please note, this form does not apply to permissions for copyrighted content created on the Chicago campus or for use of logos or trademarks (such as for athletic or other branded merchandise).
